We shall not provide Personal Information to any third parties without cause and prior consent except as otherwise stipulated under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

4．Management of Personal Information

We shall take all measures that are necessary and appropriate to prevent divulgation, loss (note that regular erasure of personal information shall not be considered to be loss), impairment and any other mistreatment of Personal Information. In order to ensure the safe management of the Personal Information, we shall execute all necessary and appropriate supervision of our lawyers and other staff. Upon outsourcing the handling of Personal Information in whole or in part, we shall ensure necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourced service provider(s).

5．Request for Notification of Purposes of Use, etc. of Personal Information

With respect to any Personal Information held by us, in case that a provider of Personal Information would request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, erasure, etc. of Personal Information, we shall respond to such request in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the condition that we can verify that the requester is identical to the provider either as a principal or as its authorized proxy.
